A Hog and Lamb roast is the largest event, and customers should allow around 8 hours from our arrival until all food is served to customers.
A normal event will take the following structure

We will arrive about 8 hours before the event.

After our initial setup it will take about 7 hours for the hog to cook and the chef will make all the salads fresh on the day.

The Chef will take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours to cut the meat off the bone.

We recommend serving straight from the machine to keep the meat nice and warm.

We serve our Hog with apple sauce and Lamb with mint sauce and the customer can choose to serve them
selves rolls and any salads you have ordered.

At the end we clean away and leave you to enjoy your event.
